This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, has no contact form and loads nothing from third parties – no external fonts, scripts or embeds. All files come from one place.

Hosting
The site is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare serves the files from the data centre closest to you.
To deliver a page, the server has to process technical data: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested file, the referrer and your browser’s user agent. This is necessary to show you the site and to keep it secure, for example against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is a working, secure website.
I don’t keep access logs and don’t use Cloudflare’s analytics.
I have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare (the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum). Cloudflare may process data in the USA; Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and local storage
None. The site stores nothing on your device.

Links to LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, X and Credly open those sites in a new tab. No data is sent to them until you click a link; after that, their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). To use these rights, just send me an email.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one responsible for me: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW).
